- Scott Hess, VP of Insights, TRU - As a global leader in tweens, teens and twenty-somethings, TRU has interviewed nearly two million tweens, teens, and twenty-somethings worldwide, providing critical direction for many of the nation’s most prominent and successful social-marketing campaigns. Hess has led numerous qualitative-research projects at TRU, as well as contributed several chapters to “Precision Marketing: The New Rules for Attracting, Retaining, and Leveraging Profitable Customers.” He developed his interest in the teen market at online-music pioneer Tunes.com, where he led the creation of music destinations including RollingStone.com, TheSource.com, and DownBeatJazz.com.
- Tina Wells, CEO, Buzz Marketing Group and Cha Cha’s CEO/Founder Scott Jones and Sr. Marketing & Communications Manager Sara Camden will team up for a new kind of research project. Buzz Marketing Group, a trend-setter in youth research and marketing trends, will utilize Cha Cha’s multi-platform mobile question and answer service to collect data from the high school demographic regarding their music purchasing behaviors and preferences.
