The National Association Of Recording
Merchandisers (NARM) announced the winners of its Merchandiser and Supplier Of The
Year Awards at ceremonies on Wednesday, March 14, during its 43rd
Annual Convention in Orlando.
The awards honor outstanding distinction
and achievement among five member categories: Retailers, Distributors,
Wholesalers, Entertainment Software Suppliers, and Suppliers Of Related
Products And Services. Companies
competed against other companies of similar size—Small, Medium or Large
Division—according to NARM dues categories.
NARM invited all of its members to
nominate trading partners in the various categories. Those companies receiving
the most nominations were named as finalists. Winners were selected based on
criteria established by judging panels comprised of representatives from
various trading partner companies.
