The
National Association Of Recording Merchandisers (NARM) announced the winners
of its annual Advertising Awards competition during a
luncheon today at the organization's 43rd Annual Convention in
Orlando.
NARM
member retailers and wholesalers (including rack jobbers, one stops and
distributors) earn these awards for their outstanding achievements in
newspaper, magazine, radio and television advertising; direct mail pieces;
point-of-purchase materials; special media; and overall advertising campaigns
throughout 2000.
A panel of
experts chose the winners in advertising excellence based on their overall
creativity and effectiveness. Here are the winners by category:
