Instructions For Applying
The NARM Scholarship application is now streamlined and can be completed almost entirely online.
Please note: Once you begin a particular form, you must complete it. You cannot stop, save and resume at a later date. Where applicable, we have included a list of questions for your review prior to beginning the form.
STEP ONE
Complete and submit the APPLICATION and STATEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT by Monday, March 5, 2012.

STEP TWO
For Incoming Freshmen:
A school official must complete the HIGH SCHOOL RECORD. Forward the following link (https://narm.wufoo.com/forms/scholarship-applicants-high-school-records/) to the appropriate official at your high school and ask him/her to complete and return by Monday, March 5, 2012. Your school official can review the questions before beginning to complete the questionnaire by clicking here.
In addition, a TRANSCRIPT OF THE STUDENT’S HIGH SCHOOL GRADES must be either e-mailed from the high school official to scholarship@narm.com or mailed to Pat Daly at the NARM office at 9 Eves Drive, Suite 120, Marlton, NJ 08053 by Monday, March 5, 2012. Transcripts of college level courses that the student wishes to submit as part of his or her record should also be sent to the NARM office.
For Undergrads:
College undergraduate students must also submit college transcripts. If an undergraduate has been out of high school for more than 1 year, an employer recommendation letter will be considered in lieu of the high school records.
STEP THREE
Submit scores of either the SAT or the ACT Test. The identification number for the NARM Scholarship Program for the SAT is 0517. The identification number for the ACT is 2565.The student must submit test scores for examinations taken no later than January 2012. When you register for the test, please request that NARM receive a copy of your score report. Scores included on an official high school transcript or a copy of your score report will also be accepted.
STEP FOUR
The applicant’s parent must complete a CSS/FINANCIAL AID PROFILE ONLINE APPLICATION by going to www.collegeboard.com, clicking on the Student’s Home Page and clicking on CSS/Profile under “Pay for College.” Please pay the required fee and include NARM’s CSS Code 0517 in order for NARM to receive processed information. CSS requires a few weeks to process the application once it is completed. NARM’s deadline for receiving the information from CSS is Monday, March 5, 2012. Applications will be judged ineligible if the processed Financial Aid Profile is not received. Each year, very worthy candidates have been disqualified because this information was not received.
STEP FIVE
Please e-mail a hi-resolution digital photograph to scholarship@narm.com. IT WILL NOT BE USED IN THE SELECTION PROCESS IN ANY WAY. Members of the Scholarship Committee will not see the photographs. It will only be used if the applicant should win, for the purpose of posting winners on NARM’s web site.
